Highest quality from the first to the last part.
Since early 2011, we coat in a ultra-modern painting with integrated preheating, firing and drying zones bearing houses of turbocharger for Volkswagen AG .
The plant has a capacity of more than 1 million parts per year.
In it can be machined to a size of approximately 30x30x45cm various parts with minor retooling. In principle, all possible solid materials can be painted, such as Wood, steel, plastics, nonferrous metals or cast.
For precise application on difficult parts geometries, the PLC Robotor Motoman MH5L works with six controlled axes and a repetition accuracy of ± 0.03 mm. Thus, the 6-sigma process safety - demanded by the automotive industry - can be guaranteed.
The adjustable humidification of the painting and evaporation zone makes it possible to apply water-based paints with a consistently high quality.
Constant processing and combustion temperatures are decisive for the quality of a coating. In the preheating, the parts are heated individually in an ideal object temperature for painting. In the burning kiln with, the coating is baked up to 200 ° C temperature, or optionally will be forced dried at lower temperatures.
The system is monitored by a PLC Jumo-control ( Siemens) , which is linked to our ERP system. So not only can we promise our customers the quality level required by the automotive industry, in aviation and railway system safety, but also reach auditable evidence for it.
Our company has now been operating for more than 10 years as supplier to the automotive industry as well as for rail , aviation and the military. Our long-standing clients include inter alia IHI CSI , Volkswagen, MAHLE Behr Industries (automotive, railway, military) and Alstom.
